VEKORUM was founded by a project management and management consulting professional with multidisciplinary experience spanning capital project delivery, infrastructure development, hyperscale data centre programmes, digital transformation, and supply chain management.
His experience combines project management, programme governance, infrastructure planning and delivery, operational improvement, organisational transformation, and business consulting, enabling him to bridge technical understanding with strategic business thinking while helping organisations navigate complexity with confidence.
Throughout his career, he has contributed to projects across the technology, infrastructure, transportation, commercial development, and public sectors. His experience includes supporting hyperscale data centre commissioning and programme delivery, contributing to the planning, design, and delivery of high-rise developments, stadium projects, transportation infrastructure, roadway design, road cross sections, and curb design, and participating in multidisciplinary stakeholder planning for a federal airport development.
His professional experience also includes supply chain management, where he contributed to inventory optimisation, vendor coordination, operational efficiency, and process improvement within complex operational environments.
Ademola is PMP certified and maintains active standing. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Covenant University and a Master's degree in Management Engineering from Audencia Business School. Combining technical expertise with strategic management, he founded VEKORUM to help organisations strengthen governance, improve delivery capability, and execute complex initiatives with confidence.
